Whipped Coffee over Milk (Dalgona Coffee)

This is a delicious creamy whipped coffee that can be made hot or iced.

Equipment

  • Whisk or Electric Mixer

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Instant Coffee You can use any brand you like
  • 2 tsp Raw Cane Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Hot Water
  • 1 cup Milk

Instructions

  • Take equal parts Instant coffee, sugar, and water and combine (this can be adjusted depending on preference, I usually do two tsp coffee, one tsp sugar, and just enough water to cover the mixture)
  • Use a handheld frother or electric mixer and start mixing the combination
  • Mix for about 4 minutes until the color and consistency of the mixture changes
  • Once the color of your mixture changes from dark brown to a light peanut butter color - whip until it forms a foamy consistency and peaks on your whisk
